Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LuauForge (the "Service"), operated by Dylan Ratcliffe, trading as LuauForge, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What LuauForge Is

LuauForge uses AI (via a third-party language model provider) to generate Luau scripts, model data, and related content based on your written descriptions, for use in Roblox Studio. You review, paste, and test everything yourself before using it in any project.

LuauForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and "Luau" are referenced only to describe compatibility and are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service, and make any purchases, with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Credits and Payments

• New accounts receive a limited number of free credits daily, at our discretion, subject to change.
• Additional credits can be purchased in packs at the prices listed on the Service at the time of purchase, processed by our payment processor (Stripe).
• A generation that fails or is refused does not consume a credit. A generation that completes, even if the output isn't what you expected or contains bugs, does consume a credit — the Service cannot guarantee any particular output will meet your needs.
• Your right to cancel (UK consumers): under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. Because credits are digital content delivered to your account immediately upon payment, before you pay we will ask you to expressly confirm (by checkbox at checkout) that you request immediate delivery of your credits and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel that purchase once they are added to your account. Without that confirmation, we will not process the purchase.
• Aside from that statutory right, credits are non-refundable once granted, except where required by law or at our discretion.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

5. No Warranty on Generated Output

Code, model data, and any other content generated by the Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content is bug-free, secure, performant, or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating anything generated by the Service before using it in Roblox Studio or any published game. We are not responsible for any bugs, data loss, exploits, in-game economy issues, or other consequences arising from your use of generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content intended to cheat, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to Roblox games you do not own or operate (e.g., client-side injection, anti-cheat bypasses, or other exploit tooling)
• Generate content that violates Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, or applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system, rate limits, or abuse free-credit allowances through automation, multiple accounts, or similar means
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service itself without our written permission
• Use the Service to generate malicious code, spam, or content intended to harm others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund of unused credits.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the specific code/content generated in response to them, to the extent permitted by our own upstream AI provider's terms. We retain all rights to the Service itself — its design, branding, and underlying software.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including an AI model provider (to generate content from your prompts) and a payment processor (to handle purchases). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues originating from third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dylan Ratcliffe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service — including any damages resulting from generated content you choose to use. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, at our discretion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
